2. Purpose

This site and the associated service offer a managed SSH honeypot solution, a control panel and threat-intelligence reports. Use of the service is further governed by the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The "CipherSentry" brand, the logo, the central emulation engine, the dashboard, the reports and the site content are owned by CipherSentry, unless otherwise stated. The client sensor is published as open-source software under the MIT licence. Reproduction of the protected content, in whole or in part, without authorisation is prohibited.

4. Liability

CipherSentry is not responsible for any use third parties make of the service in breach of the Terms, nor for the content of external linked sites. The service is provided in a pre-production phase, subject to availability, with no guarantee of continuity.

5. Governing law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For data-protection claims, the competent authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
